Decision criterion is lost

I open the network http://www.probmodelxml.org/networks/mpad/MPAD-hip-Briggs.pgmx, assign a decision criterion to a utility node and close the dialog. When I open again the node properties dialog, the decision criterion is lost.

The same happened to me (I attached a network but it does not appear now). I could send the network by email if is necessary to reproduce the error.
