Menus are retracted in Linux if the user does not hold the left mouse button

Main menus are retracted in Linux if the user does not hold the left mouse button.

My environment is: Operating system: Debian GNU/Linux jessie/sid 64-bit. Gnome version 3.8.4. Java version: OpenJDK 7, 64 bits.

I'd appreciate the comments from Linux users, specially from Debian and derived distributions (Ubuntu, Mint) and/or Gnome users. Best regards. Manuel L.G.

Updates in Debian/Gnome and OpenJDK 7 seem to have solved the problem.
