Reordering states of a variable does not reorganizes values in probability tables included in TreeADDs

When the user reorders the states (domain) of a discrete variable X, it seems the GUI reorganizes correctly the values in the potential of X and in the potentials of the children of X when they are of type "Table". However, it seems it does not reorganize the values in the probability tables embedded in branches of TreeADDs.

More generally, we should revise how OpenMarkov orders the branches outgoing from a node. It would be desirable to offer the user the possibility of reordering them manually.
