Delta potential with the value of the extreme in an open interval

When there is a numerical variable X with some parents, and we edit the potential of X, for example a TreeADD, and we want to assign a Delta potential in a branch, the GUI allows to assigns the extreme of an open interval.

    The SpinnerNumberModel now checks whether the limits are open or closed. The precision of the spinner is set according to the accuracy of the variable
