InvocationTargetException when opening in the GUI the probability potential of "State [1]" of MPAD-Chancellor.pgmx

When trying to open the probability potential of "State [1]" of MPAD-Chancellor.pgmx, there is an exception InvocationTargetException. The probability potential (a TreeADD) is not shown in the corresponding dialog, although it does exist in the PGMX file.

    Changes in the toString method of TreeADDBranch was causing a NullPointerException when reference to labelled potentials were used.
