Error in delta potentials when renaming the states

In the attached network, when renaming the state "present" of variable B, the state of the delta potential embedded in the tree/ADD potential for B does not change. This causes an error when saving the network and reopening it.

Solved with changes in org.openmarkov.core and org.openmarkov.probmodelxml.
