Extra links appear when reopening a file

When a variable e.g. " B " is copied (ctrl+c) and pasted (ctrl+v) as a duplicate " B' ", there are no links attached from the original parents of " B " to the new duplicate " B' ". However, when the same file is reopened, those links suddenly appears.
