The constraint MaxNumParents is not working

Additionally, we must correct the specification of the ProbModelXML format. Where it says

<AdditionalConstraints> <Constraint name="MaxNumParents"> <Argument name="numParents" value="2"> </Constraint> </AdditionalConstraints>

it should say

... <Argument name="numParents" value="2" /> ...
