When the format changes, the file extension should change accordingly

Let's imagine that we have a file mynetwork.elv in Elvira format and select Save as ProbModelXML. The file name proposed should change to mynetwork.pgmx. Obviously, if the file had no extension (for example, when is has just been created and we have not saved it yet), there is nothing to change.
