Impossible to add utility nodes when in Elvira format

In OpenMarkov 0.3.0 it is not possible to add utility nodes to this network.

(But if I save it in ProbModelXML and reopen it, then it works properly.)

This problem does not exist in the current version of OpenMarkov.
