Message when we try to save as elv format a MID

Jorge Pérez created an issue

The GUI shows this error: "Network could not be saved.: Can not write network to file: ...." but the file is created (a blank file but is created). Also the message must inform the user that Markov Influence Diagrams cannot be saved in elv format.
