Table as default potential view for user-friendliness

When editing probabilities, the majority of times edition is done in a table potential, but uniform potential appears by default. That means two clicks and a scroll for each probability table the user wants to edit.

The proposal is to set "Table" potential as the default option in the "Relation type" dropdown menu of the edit probability window. - Only the first time the node edit probability menu is opened after creation - Only if the resultant table potential is not excessively big (> 24, that is more or less what fits in 1920px without scrolling )

I can do it if pointed to the class that manages the default relation type dropdown menu, but I wasn't able to find it in a reasonable amount of time.
