A change in the name of a state is not saved clicking OK just after

If I change the name of a state and I click OK in the dialog while focus (and cursor) is still on the state name cell, changes are not saved. The user must press Enter, up, down or click another cell to save the change.

This is not good because:

1. Changes are saved in potential tables following the same steps, so the user will expect that behavior

2. The user won't know the new state name is not saved.
