Improving the efficiency of exporting samples

Exporting the output of a sampling algorithm to a spreadsheet is terrible slow. It should be optimized. Additionally, a progress bar should be shown.

    Several improvements are applied. To note, exporting is now parallel and if a lot of samples (>100000) are printed colors will be omitted.
