Using the simple net: disease-test-therapy-effectiveness (see attached) the decision tree is generated but with probabilities of 0 and utilities of -inf.

The bug seems to be on buildDecisionTreeFromID method of the class org.openmarkov.core.dt.DecisionTreeBuilder.java.
