OpenMarkov takes the liberty of choosing the evidence for you

Issue #351 resolved
Iago París created an issue

If a post-resolution evidence makes the probability on an option in a decision node to reach 100%. OpenMarkov will automatically set that decision node as post-resolution evidence. (test node positive -> decision second therapy) If I remove the first evidence (test positive) OpenMarkov don't remove automatically the "induced" evidence and that can make certain developers (and users) confused. (see the images in the order of numbers).

OpenMarkov should not add that post-resolution evidence by itself since induced certainty (100% because of test) is not the same as supposed certainty (100% because the user set it).

Workaround: remove both your post-resolution evidence and "induced" post-resolution evidence before anything
