OD nodes should be removed

Francisco Javier Díez created an issue

When showing an intervention, either within the CEP or as a tree, “OD” nodes should be removed. I attach a DAN for checking it.

    I have been looking for the OD nodes but they does not appear anywhere. Maybe that error is not in the last version, if I remember well, I did something about that issue long time ago.

    In case of ties, chooses the first branch assignable to a TreeADDPotential, If there is no such a branch, do nothing.
