Exact should be the default potential for continuous variables

Issue #397 resolved

When we create a new node, the default potential that OpenMarkov assigns to it is Uniform. When the node represents a finite-states node and user opens the potential it to edit it, OpenMarkov replaces it with a probability table (TablePotential). It is a nice enhancement introduced by Iago.

My proposal is that when the node represents a numeric node and the user opens the potential it to edit it, OpenMarkov replaces it with an Exact potential. The default value might be a 0 in each cell.

In the future the default potential for continuous variables will be Univariate Distr.
