Minor error when editing Exact potentials

Issue #398 resolved
Francisco Javier Díez created an issue

When an Exact potential is created, its default values are all 0. When a cell is selected and I start typing (for example, to introduce the value 3) the content of the cell is transformed from “0” to “0.0” and what I type is added to that string (in my example, it shows “0.03”). This is a nuisance. When the content of the cell is “0” and I type “3”, the content should be “3”, or at least “03”, which will be then stored as 3.
