Wrong value for the temporal evolution of utility variables at t=0

In the MID attached, the value of Quality of life at t=0 should be 0.9, not 0.

    When establishing transitions at the beginning (in that "discretized" view similar to Markov models in Excel) it should be zero.

    We talked about showing both views (discrete and continuous), despite that, we must first decide how to explain the differences between both view to the user. In the meantime, I think it is better to offer this “discrete” point of view, as it is the most common view for temporal models in health economics.
