Wrong cost-effectiveness decision trees for influence diagrams

When we generate the cost-effectiveness decision tree for an ID, OpenMarkov shows the same tree as for the unicriterion case, which is wrong. Additionally, in the cost-effectiveness decision tree the contextual option “Show CEP” is active (which is correct) but when selecting it an error occurs.

On the contrary, the generation of cost-effectiveness decision trees from DANs works fine.
