Error in sensitivity analysis

Versions 0.3.x of OpenMarkov do not detect the uncertainty associated to utility nodes when doing the sensitivity analysis. For example, you can check that there is uncertainty about 3 of the 4 parameters for Health state, but it does not appear when trying to generate the tornado diagram. It seems it worked properly up to version 0.2.
