PSA is not working properly

In “Practica4-sens_an.pgmx” the effectiveness has a second order distribution which the PSA is not sampling.

Attached also ID-CEA-test-2therapies.pgm, a network which is well defined and for what the PSA is not sampling the costs (it is only sampling the probabilities)

If the first element in the table (for example, the zero cost of not performing the test) has not uncertainty, the complete “row” is handled as if it has not uncertainty (it treat the row as a configuration).

Please, check class TablePotentialSampler line 63.

Solving this issue has resolved also this one. (There was a common cause for both issues).

I am attaching here the cost-effectiveness plane obtained.
