"Open file from URL" does not work

This option, in the “File” menu, does not work.

By the way, the shortcut for this operation cannot be the same as for “Open…”. I propose using Ctrl + Alt + O.

Additionally, I propose (as an improvement) assigning the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + S to “Save as…”.
