Arcs from chance or decision nodes to super-value nodes are allowed in influence diagrams

When editing an influence diagram in the GUI, it is now possible to add an arc from a chance or a decision node to a super-value node. This should not be allowed in influence diagrams.

Remember that a super-value node is a utility node whose parents are other utility nodes. Thus, the GUI should check if a utility node has other utility nodes as parents; in that case arcs from chance or decision nodes should be forbidden.
