Unable to save an influence diagram with uncertainty in a utility potential in format ProbModelXML 0.5 and reopen it correctly

I am unable to save an influence diagram with uncertainty in a utility potential in format ProbModelXML 0.5 and reopen it correctly. In some cases it gives an error and does not even display the network. In other cases it displays the diagram, but the uncertainty of the utility variable has been lost (although it is still in the PGMX file).

To reproduce this issue, one just has to create a new influence diagram, add a utility variable, assign uncertainty to the single cell presented in the Exact potential table, save the network in ProbModelXML 0.5, close it and reopen it.
