Tornado diagram should be allowed for an influence diagram with just a utility node with uncertainty

The tornado diagram should be allowed in the GUI when the user has an influence diagram with just a utility node with uncertainty.

I am attaching here a network to reproduce the issue. We just to open the file in the GUI and see that the button of “Sensitivity analysis” in the toolbar is disabled.

Partially solved, now the GUI button is enabled but the analysis raises an exception at org.openmarkov.core.model.network.modelUncertainty.Sampler.numElementsInColumn(Sampler.java:82) when the utility node has no parents.
