Exception when removing uncertainty from a utility potential

OpenMarkov GUI throws an exception when the user tries to remove the second-
order uncertainty of a cell from a utility potential.

To reproduce this issue, just open the attached network, click on "Cost of therapy",
right click on "Edit utility", and in the cell of the row "Cost of therapy" and column
"Therapy = no", right click on "Remove uncertainty". The result should be that the
mean of the second-order distribution should be kept as cell value, but without red
mark (thus indicating that there is no second-order uncertainty in the cell).
