PSA not working with simple network without arcs: IndexOutOfBoundsException

Probabilistic Sensitivity Analysis (PSA) is not working with the influence diagram attached. (An image is displayed here).

A java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException appears in the Message window in OpenMarkov.

    PSA does not work because CEA does not work as expected. Should CEA return a CEP potential conditioned on the decision variable when the decision does not affect either cost or benefit?

    I am going to review this issue; the network that I attached here is very artificial. I will try to reproduce the issue with a more realistic network, and, then, if I can’t reproduce it, then I think we should lower the priority of the issue.
