PSA is not raising an Exception for non evaluable networks

On the attached network, the PSA shows empty results (see figure) when it should throw an exception, as it does when trying to perform a CEA (it should not be possible to perform a PSA as the CEA throws an exception)

I think we should discuss this issue in a meeting. I suspect several issues should be created from it. For example, if the users tries to perform CEA on the attached network, then OpenMarkov throws an exception (in red text) in the Message window; I think in this case we should try to find a more aesthetic and elegant way to inform the user.
