Wrong shortcut for "Open file from URL"

In the File option of the main main menu, the shorcut “Ctrl+O” is assigned to both “Open…” and “Open file from URL”. I propose the shortcut “Ctrl+Shift+O” for the latter. By the way, it should say “Open file from URL…”, with ellipsis, because it opens a new menu.
