Floating point problem: InvalidStateException when evaluating MID

When evaluating MIDs, the mehod ProbNetOperations#convertNumericalVariablesToFS(ProbNet, EvidenceCase) throws an InvalidStateException. This is because Variable#round sometimes returns a wrong value due to 0.1+0.2 Java floating point problem. MID-CHAP-Ryan-Griffin.pgmx (attached) provides an example of this problem: for variable Age [19] we get an state name of “23.400000000000002” instead of “23.4”. The same happens for variables Age[i] from i=13 to i=20.
