Fix problems of casting in VariableEliminationTests

Fix next two tests:

  • testGetGlobalUtilityConditioningVariablesSMMWithoutStateVariable
  • testGetGlobalUtilityConditioningVariablesSMMWithStateVariable

They have problems of casting from TreeADD to TablePotential.

These two tests are disables until being fixed.
