Error when evaluating a cost-effectiveness influence diagram

OpenMarkov crashes when trying to convert ID-CE-2therapies-decide-test.pgmx into a cost-effectiveness decision tree. However, if I introduce non-zero values in all the cells of the table for “Results of test”, as in ID-CE-2therapies-decide-test-approx.pgmx, OpenMarkov does not crash (but I am not sure the results are correct).

I suspect the problem has to do with some division by 0.
