Wrong rounding in cost-effectiveness analysis

Issue #504 new

In ID-temp.pgmx, the cost of therapy 2 is 10000.8, but when I do a CEA for “One decision”, its value is wrongly rounded to 10001.0 in tabs “Analysis” and “Frontier interventions”. If the cost were 10000.3, OpenMarkov would round it to 10000.0. However, when doing a “Global” CEA, the correct value is shown.

In ID-two-therapies.pgmx, the ICER for therapy 1, obtained with a CEA for “One decision”, is rounded to 65359.0. When doing a “Global”, the correct value 65359.5 is shown.

The difference may seem irrelevant, but when I am teaching, I’d like to show that OpenMarkov returns exactly the same values as other tools, such as R or Excel.
