Error in temporal evolution
In these models, the probability of Recurrence is 0.023 for “Dec: Signatera = no” and 0.044 for “Dec: Signatera = yes”, as we can check by showing the temporal evolution for Recurrence. However, in the MID Natera-indirect.pgmx the temporal evalution computed for “State = NED” when “Dec: Signatera = yes” are
1
0.95642262
0.923532009
0.89674813
0.873708702
0.853167444
0.834442491
0.817139967
(we can observe them in the table) but they should be approximately
1
0.956
0.913936
0.873722816
0.835279012
0.798526736
0.763391559
0.729802331
which are the same as in the MID Natera-direct.pgmx. It seems that for some reason the intermediate nodes in Natera-indirect.pgmx cause a mistake in the computation. I don’t know whether this mistake affects only for the temporal evolution or it also affects the cost-effectiveness analysis.
