In the GUI, convert Tree/ADD to Table when changing the Relation Type

When the user is editing a potential in the GUI, and changes the Relation Type from Tree/ADD to Table, it could be positive to present in the Table the values that would be obtained with the method “tableProject”. OpenMarkov could even ask the user whether she/he can use those projected values or instead reset the potential with uniform values (this is what OpenMarkov is doing now).
