Number of decimals in Temporal Evolution Table Pane

The number of decimals in Temporal Evolution Table Pane is currently 3. This value might be insufficient to accurately debug some networks that have extreme probabilities (close to 1.0 or 0.0). In temporal evolution analysis the problem of the precision of real numbers is very important because the errors accumulate over time.

One option would be to give the user the option to choose the number of decimal places. Another option would be to set a higher value.
