Download OpenMarkov from https://www.openmarkov.org/usuarios.html

A student is having problems for downloading OpenMarkov from the download page (https://www.openmarkov.org/usuarios.html)..) When they click on the link that should download the jar, http://www.openmarkov.org/OpenMarkov-0.4.3.jar,
it seems that a redirect is made to “https://www.openmarkov.orgopenmarkov-0.4.3.jar/”, which is a malformed URL (it removes a "/").

Issue solved,

In the Apache "www.openmarkov.org.conf" file, the redirect line for "www.openmarkov.org" (Redirect tag) was missing the "/" symbol after "https://www.openmarkov.org".

Since the previous change caused a security warning in the browser, I have modified the "https://www.openmarkov.org/users.html" page so that the OpenMarkov jar download link points to "https://www.openmarkov.org/OpenMarkov-0.4.3.jar", instead of "http://www.openmarkov.org/OpenMarkov-0.4.3.jar".
