Imposed policy could be affected if an incoming link to the decision is removed

If the user imposes a policy on a decision and, after that, removes an incoming link to the decision, then the imposed policy could be affected (at least if it depends on the removed parent).

Remember that imposed policies in OpenMarkov are allowed to be defined on any subset of the parents of the decision node in the graph.

If this issue is not solved then the user could make a policy depend on a variable revealed in the future.
