Decimal separator

In the edition of tables and in decision trees the decimal separator is a dot (for example, 0.5), while in expanded nodes it is a comma (0,5). We should be coherent.

    Use dot in expanded nodes too. In the future we can determine the decimal separator depending on the locale being used
