This PR adds an id of 0 to all json-rpc requests sent to the bitcoin node to avoid interoperability issues. I see the same concept present in cgminer.

With btcd. Requests without an id member will not be replied to - inline with section 4.1 of JSON-RPC 2.0 spec.
