[GLES2] Fix auto mipmap generation and texture filtering. Neither of which had worked properly before.

[OS X] Rework full screen handling for Cocoa. We no longer use CGL directly instead resizing the Cocoa window to full screen. This is recommended by Apple anyways and makes the code a bit more clean.
