Change 0 -> NULL in Present() call. A user reported that the Intel G33/G31 GPU would complain unless this was changed, in XP and only in fullscreen mode. Makes no sense to me since NULL is defined as 0 anyway but he swears this made a difference, so included.

PF_L8 is not likely to be a valid render target format, use PF_X8R8G8B8 as is the default for non-depth shadows. Apparently this was causing a crash on some older nv cards

Fix a bug with multiple contexts in GL. Texture units are bound per context but texture unit state was being carried across and therefore some texture units were not getting reset when they should have been in some cases.

Fix build on XCode 3.2 - we have to use GCC 4.0 if we want to continue to target OS X 10.4+. The (new) default GCC 4.2 in XCode 3.2 can only be used for targetting 10.5+. So use GCC 4.0 by default to avoid any surprises (user can change this in the source build if they want).
