Added tick property axis which holds axis name so that tick knows which axis it is on. Maybe useful to find css? Don't have direct use for it yet, but I think it will may be necessary at some point to get the css spec for the tick via jquery and will want to know which axis the tick is on.

Fix to tick positioning css. y axis ticks were positioned to wrong side of axis div.
