Issue #907 new

jQuery is not defined

Anonymous created an issue

I'm using jquery.jqplot.1.0.8r1250 (I downloaded the .zip)

I've included jqplot.canvastTextRenderer.min.js and jqplot.canvasAxisLabelRenderer.min.js in my site.
When running my site (I'm using Netbeans with it's Browser Logger), I get the same error mesage from both scripts:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

The full errors are:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined (23:47:18:553 | error, javascript)
    at (public_html/jqplot/plugins/jqplot.canvasTextRenderer.min.js:3:15768)
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined (23:47:18:570 | error, javascript)
    at (public_html/jqplot/plugins/jqplot.canvasAxisLabelRenderer.min.js:3:2585)

My file tree is as follows:

/
|- resultaat.html
|- jqplot/
   |- excanvas.js
   |- excanvas.min.js
   |- jquery.jqplot.css
   |- jquery.jqplot.js
   |- jquery.jqplot.min.js
   |- jquery.js
   |- jquery.min.js
   |- plugins/
      |- jqplot.canvastAxisLabelRenderer.min.js
      |- jqplot.canvastTextRenderer.min.js

In my resultaat.html I refer to the 2 plugins in my head

<script type="text/javascript" src="jqplot/plugins/jqplot.canvasTextRenderer.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="jqplot/plugins/jqplot.canvasAxisLabelRenderer.min.js"></script>

When I check these files, I notice the (jQuery) on the end, that'll probably have to do with it.
