rotated wigdet jumps after drag

Former user created an issue

Title says it all. Create a text widget. Rotate it some (I did 45 degrees). Try dragging it. It jumps in position relatively and then stays at the same relative position for the rest of the dragging process.

    Hi, anon, thanks for the report! I can't recreate the problem in Chrome or with iOS Safari. What browser are you using?
