Keeps requiring restart and doesn't save settings

The app works great on my Samsung Galaxy s4. The only problem is every time I open it, it says restart needed and restarts the app and doesn't save any info I have entered. I shouldn't have to enter my weight every time I use it. I should be able to keep the items that haven't changed and only change the ones that do. Thanks for a great app just need a little tweaking.
