Relative Skill Levels

As a GM, In order to calculate bonuses for relative skill levels or float a skill to a different attribute, I need to be able to see the relative skill levels.

Given John has DX-12 And John has Brawling-14 When John looks at his character sheet John should see he has Brawling-14 And John should see he has Brawling at DX+2.
