Posture vs posture optional rule

When the attacker is in a certain posture he may get penalties to hit certain hit locations. This effect may be changed when the defender is also in a different posture.

Make a db table with all the combinations. Sp to retrieve combinations. Fill into static variable on app warmup. Take into account for combat.

Allow it to be turned off/on via settings (it's an MA rule.)
